Living in your own apartment for the first time, can be scary, but the process of the entire situation was very smooth and the staff was always willing to help out. The amenities offered are amazing, all of the extra things they have for residents to partake in, and it is near to all bus stops, which are all huge pluses Overall, I love living at meadows, and I feel it is a reasonable price. The townhomes are nice and spacious, and when indoor, I rarely ever hear my neighbors.

The 37 takes you straight to campus and the 48 brings you right back, the bus ride is 2 minutes max If you're looking for an off campus apartment complex, Meadows is the place to be

They also are very strict on dog dropping fines. Even when our dog was no longer staying with us we still received multiple fines for 100 each because the droppings from other peoples pets was in our area. Not only do they fine you but the meadows staff walks right into the townhome when the door is unlocked and left the fine letter on the island. Always be aware they have no respect for privacy and will come in at any time.

The only issues were the thin walls between your roommates and other units. The staff was helpful and I loved the fact it was locally owned.

Meadows also isn't owned by some big corporation so it feels more local and friendly than the other off-campus housing. I definitely recommend it as your choice for off-campus living
