|Recommended: NoIt was alright but not worth what I paid for. — Had a lot of maintenance problems throughout the year. The people across from us were very noisy and walls were thin. Had problems with heating that was very frustrating. Overall okay but not what I imagined at all.

|Recommended: YesBeautiful apartments Noisy but clean — I chose to live at Meadows because it seemed to be the most well-established community for GVSU students. The townhome was clean and space was pretty well utilized. I loved having my own bathroom and a huge closet
Pros
Wonderful management- Sandy, Melissa, and Karen were so kind and helpful during the move in process, and throughout the year with questions about guest parking and lease renewal.
Mail services- it was great to know that packages would be left at the office rather than sitting out on my front porch if I missed the delivery
Maintenance- all work orders were addressed in a timely manner
Proximity to GVSU- a straight 20 minute walk, and the first bus stop for the buses going in each direction.
Cons
Noise- wasn't too bad during the week, but weekends and holidays were insane. People were yelling and running around right below my bedroom window, and it definitely sounded like parties were going on. I called security a couple times due to a car's horn that wouldn't stop going off multiple times throughout the week.
Overall great property and awesome staff Recommend living here for sure.

|Recommended: YesVery happy I chose to live here until I graduate — The apartments are updated and if something needs to be fixed it is easy to contact maintenance and they will usually come out the same day you put in a request I love meadows and am excited to live here for another year

|Recommended: YesFriendly, functional and a good college home — It's a good environment, having the opportunity to have an activity room, gym and pool is great. They try to match you up the best they can with people you'd get along with and it really helped me out in the long run Plus their rates are better than those around and what they lack compared to other they make up in great staff, good upkeep on the area, and fun people to live around
|Recommended: YesI love the space that we have — I love how much privacy we have, we have space to all hang out when we want, but also have our own rooms and bathrooms. We have had a lot of issues with the sinks and drains, and also the front door. Also, you can hear all of the neighbors conversations, but other than that, i love it. The meadows staff is so nice and helpful.
