|Recommended: YesMeadows is a great place to live — The apartments are very nice and inviting, however walls are somewhat thing and insulation during winter months is not the best. Otherwise the amenities are wonderful and I recommend living in Meadows.
|Recommended: YesIt's well kept, and clean — It's a prime location. Getting on and off campus from Meadows is really easy. Our bills each month aren't ridiculous, and you get a lot for what you pay for.

Maintenance is great at fixing issues and being there almost immediately after a work order is submitted. The apartments have a good layout and are easy to make your own. There is always stuff going on as well at meadows

|Recommended: NoManagement is terrible — I have never worked with such a terrible group in the management office. We had roommate issues, and they did NOTHING about it even after he threatened us. Completely disrespectful and not helpful at all. Town-homes are dirty and the walls show marks any time you touch them. Take your money to a better complex.
|Recommended: YesMeadows was a good first place to live — I enjoy living at Meadows, although the rooms are all too small and the availability of other styles that aren't A could be a lot better. I am in the bottom bedroom and it is very noisy being right next to the door and when my roommates have people over it is loud. Overall, I am happy to have lived at Meadows for my first year in apartments.
|Recommended: YesIt's very nice — It's a very nice area and I like how close it is from campus and other stores restaurants. The buildings are in nice conditions and people living working are very friendly.
|Recommended: YesThe property is very nice and at a good price. — I like the apartment I live in. However, I feel the office staff is somewhat unorganized and does not communicate well with each other. If I have an issue, I get different answers from everyone I talk to about it. Everyone is extremely friendly, but can be unknowledgeable. The grounds are very nice and well kept. I enjoy having a pool and hot tub that are clean and usable. I also like the location of the apartments.

|Recommended: YesTypical college apartment. Pool, hot tub and gym are awesome though — That the office is very unorganized not knowledgeable and or reliable.
|Recommended: YesVery nice place to live — I would say meadows is a great place to live, it is convenience with traveling, especially with the two bus stops. Staffs are very friendly and nice, they helped me out when I first moved in.

|Recommended: NoParty central, loud at night, can hear sex through the walls. — When i come home from work at 10 on the weekends, i have to avoid drunk people walking in the road and also dodge peeing drunk people in the road. I describe it as a zombie apocalypse.
|Recommended: NoMeadows crossing has beautiful apartments, but is extremely expensive. — Living in Meadows Crossing is nice, and convenient, but the management and office availability is terrible. The office is rarely able to answer questions, and they are extremely unorganized.
