submitted by Angel M. - |Recommended: NoIt needs minor fixing. — The walls are entirely too thin, you can hear everything in the next room and even the next apartment.
submitted by Mason H. - |Recommended: NoBittersweet — Walls are paper thin Insulation is horrible, especially in the winter.
Maintenance people were reliable and helpful.
Staff was mostly profession, minus a few workers who had no knowledge of anything regarding meadows.
The bedrooms are like shoeboxes, but every bedroom did have a bathroom which was nice.
The grounds crew did a great job of keeping the lawn mowed and watered but snow removal was not their greatest strength.

submitted by Stacy K. - |Recommended: YesIt is average — It is expensive but it is average
submitted by Danielle P. - |Recommended: NoNice Place, Horrible Safety — This is an okay place to live, the apartments are nice and simple, but I'm not returning
If the security was better, I'd like this place more and would want to live here again. My car has been vandalized multiple times so I try to park it at other apartment complexes whenever I can and never have a safety problem at any other place. If you don't have a car or you don't care about vandalism, this is a good place for you
submitted by Andrea B. - |Recommended: NoConveniently Located — It's got it's perks none that I've ever used, because I find them a distraction i.e. hot tub, pool, and mainly because for the amount of time you are here, it's fall and winter and those things are obsolete . The main perk is that it is near campus. The buildings walls are thin and the staff will mess up at least one important thing for you. You have to get a pass every time you want someone to park, which is a huge hassle and if not fixed results in a 40 car boot for god knows what reason. If you are looking to get damage to your car, this is the place. But if you want to get to campus faster this is also the place. Enjoy
submitted by Jonathan B. - |Recommended: YesNice — its a decent place to live, but meadows always is giving reasons to come into everyones apt. We are paying to live here, we are responsible for it, we dont need to be watched over or have people in our apt. inspecting things all the time, if something is wrong or its not working we will contact you and tell you, if we dont and it causes more problems than we will be responsible for that.
submitted by Irina G. - |Recommended: YesLocation is great — It is a clean and fun environment to live in.
submitted by Shelby S. - |Recommended: YesMeadows Crossing — The walls are a bit thin in the fact that you can hear your neighbors' feet gently padding down their hallway. If you have loud neighbors that is really unfortunate but the rooms are lovely. Keeps relatively warm throughout winter and cool through summer.
submitted by Taylor F. - |Recommended: NoAll they want is your money — Don't do it. All they care about is your money knowing that your a broke college student.
submitted by Nina I. - |Recommended: YesVery nice, neat, clean, peaceful — very good, except the houses do not feel home-y
submitted by Rebecca G. - |Recommended: YesGood but walls are thin — Meadows is a good place to live the only thing is the walls are thin so if you have a noisy neighbor you can hear everything they do. The windows let cold air in so if you don't have drapes the cold air comes through the windows.
submitted by Joseph P. - |Recommended: YesGreat — good place
submitted by Christa K. - |Recommended: YesLOVE — I love living at Meadows It has the 37 and 48, theres always a straight shot to campus or back home.
