submitted by Damanpreet S. - |Recommended: NoGreat community, in it for the money tho — I would tell them its nice, rooms are small though. Can hear my neighbors really well. wifi should be provided. they messed up my lease. they charged me for little things unnecessary
submitted by Alisha H. - |Recommended: YesMeadows — nice place, ridiculous fines
submitted by Auden R. - |Recommended: YesGood — Good. any problems you have are sorted at the office. live here if you have the choice.
submitted by Elise B. - |Recommended: YesIt is a nice place. — It is a nice place, with a lot of good qualities. It is safe and clean.
submitted by Bailey T. - |Recommended: YesVery well maintained, modern, and friendly environment — Staff is very accommodating and always alert-if there's a problem with your unit or property staff quickly handles it. I love the new updates in all the units-countertops, appliances, TV's, etc. Now that most items have been updated, I would love to see new carpet throughout the units to make everything flow and look better. Otherwise, very safe and comfortable place to live.
submitted by Alexus C. - |Recommended: YesGood — Worth the money.
submitted by Ashley L. - |Recommended: YesAverage. — It is a nice place to live. Although the fixtures inside make the place seem cheap. Also, the walls are thin and you can almost always hear your neighbors. That being said it is a college area, so not much else is too be expected.
submitted by Erika E. - |Recommended: YesThe property is really nice — Its a super fun and convenient place to live. Just sometimes to noisy.
submitted by Emily J. - |Recommended: YesI think everything is well maintained. — Its in a very convenient location and is reasonably priced.
submitted by Zoie J. - |Recommended: NoThe property was maintained well. — I would tell them that this is a decent place to live, if you are rich or have wealthy parents. Living at Meadows is way too expensive, and there is really no reason for it. There is nothing special or fancy about Meadows that makes the price worth it. The walls are paper thin, you can hear literally everything and everyone around you. Parking is a pain - I am always struggling to find a place to park and I can never have friends over because they can't park at the apartment. I was charged for unreasonable things, they are not willing to work with you when you are having any issues, and all around I am not pleased. The gentlemen who walk around and keep up the property are amazing So props to them. That is about all I have to say.
response from property -Hi Zoie, We really appreciate the feedback and the time you took to write the review. Whether it's a good review or a bad one, reviews are essential to a business as it allows us to see how we are being perceived. We are thrilled that you are completely satisfied with our maintenance team. They work very hard for our residents! On the contrary, we are very sorry that you have not had an overall good experience in our office. I know that you mention a few things in the review but I wanted to kindly ask if you could email me directly at [email protected] with more specific events that you experienced, so we can talk with our staff and improve upon this. Thank you again for your feedback and have a happy summer! Karen Kilmer, Property Manager @ Meadows Crossing
submitted by Tara W. - |Recommended: YesSpacious, Fun, convenient — I really liked the location of the property and it's proximity to the bus stop. However I didn't find that staff very helpful in the office. They were difficult to deal with and made things very difficult if things didn't go the way they had hoped. I tried to change my payment to FAFSA and they told me they couldn't do that halfway through the year so I had to pay 80 in late fees. Our rooms were also way hotter than the downstairs. Other than that, the apartment itself was a great place to live. We also had a garage was was very convenient when we had guests
response from property -Hi Tara, Thank you for your candid review. Honest reviews are essential to our business as it invites an opportunity for growth and change. We are glad to hear you were satisfied with Meadows location and proximity to campus- it's the number one reason why residents renew with us. Also, for your high marks in maintenance! They work very hard for our residents! We are grateful for the 4 star review. However, we are very sorry that you have not had an overall good experience in our office. I see you mention a time where you had to change your payment plan on your lease to F.A. payment plan. Though we allow students to switch payment plans, if they don't properly notify us that they are switching, there will be a penalty to change, due to the account being delinquent. This sounds like what you experienced, however, your further description of the situation will help us to do a better job explaining this to future tenants. I would like to kindly ask if you could email me directly at [email protected] with more specific details of this encounter so we can talk with our staff and improve upon this. Thank you again for your feedback and have a happy summer! Karen Kilmer, Property Manager @ Meadows Crossing

submitted by Trinity H. - |Recommended: NoWorst apartment renting experience — I would never recommend someone to live here. Terrible. Worst management ever, no one is ever on the same page. Too expensive. and Good luck on sleeping Thurs - Sat. The pool and spa is always closed. Super rude employees. Much rather pay a little more at 48th or Copper beach
submitted by Shannan C. - |Recommended: YesVery nice and well kept property — Would definitely recommend this as an affordable and accommodating property for students wanting to live off campus
submitted by Madison M. - |Recommended: NoBad management — I would not recommend you living here. The staff in the office are normally rude and hardly acknowledge you. The printer and computers never work but you're required to print out parking passes. They take advantage of the fact that college students live there and do not treat you like they would in a complex not near a college campus. They charge you for every little thing that they can. The pool is never open.
