submitted by Allison L. - |Recommended: YesGreat place to stay for college students — I would say that it is a very nice apartment complex to stay at. Although you can occasionally hear the neighbors it doesn't really bother me as I am always gone anyways.
submitted by Nicole B. - |Recommended: NoNice place to live in but way too expensive for the quality. — I would tell them that it is a nice place but it is way too expensive for the quality. I have had quite a few bad experiences in the past 5 months that I have lived here.... walls are thin, parties are too loud, and wifi is terrible. Office staff is fantastic though, they are very nice and professional
submitted by Ross H. - |Recommended: NoA Decent Place, but Don't Expect Visitors — You definitely get what you pay for great maintenance teams, quality furniture, and great appliances, plus all the granted amenities. Just don't expect to have an easy time with visitors. I've had people stop by for just an hour and they've been booted by the security team. I'm moving somewhere less hostile to visitors next year
submitted by Jarred P. - |Recommended: NoNot a sound investment — This apartment complex charges some of the highest rates for honestly very sub par living conditions. I am moving out for a reason...
submitted by Alicia W. - |Recommended: YesGood for the price — Apartment layout is a little crowded, furniture is average, insulation isn't the best. Can definitely hear your neighbors through the walls. Access to parking is pretty good, though. Maintenance is done either the day or the day after the work order is placed, so very fast

submitted by Emily L. - |Recommended: YesMeadows Crossing Review — I would tell them that the walls are basically cardboard. Staff can sometimes be nice but you will not be taken seriously unless if a parent calls. Then you will get a different answer. The apartments are nice, but too expensive for what you actually get.
submitted by Marisa R. - |Recommended: YesGreat — Good community, they have everything you could need, and everything is always very professional and its great to live here
submitted by Matthew M. - |Recommended: NoThere are better places for less — Rent is too high and continues to rise every year. You can hear everything your neighbor does. Office staff I had met with are often unprofessional and rude. If there isn't a manager present in the office, you will get nothing accomplished. Meadows will sometimes lose record of payment. You don't get the full 12 months of the 12-month lease. They get 15 days of the year that you paid for to get the unit ready for the next move-in. The property looks nice, but living there is the opposite.
submitted by Haley B. - |Recommended: YesExcellent college apartment experience — There is always somewhere to park, the pool spa is nice. The tanning beds are clean, the gym is very convenient, never too busy. Can hear neighbors talking playing music though, which gets annoying, but overall it's a great place to live.
submitted by Hannah L. - |Recommended: YesGreat place to live. — It is super nice for a first apartment. Close to bus stops and campus. Rent is doable and you get what you pay for. The staff is amazing to work with and are always willing to help out with any problems you might have. Having free parking is a great add on, as well as the pool basketball court and many other things Looking forward to living here again.
submitted by Carly H. - |Recommended: YesWonderful place as a student to call home — I have resigned to live in the exact same apartment for next year, because everything is just simply great. The office employees are beyond willing to help and will do anything to help out whichever kind of scenario. The condition of housing is wonderful, and the style of my apartment is actually perfect, I was reluctant to live above Mully's but being the night owl that I am, I actually forget that its there and enjoy the style of apartment that is above it. Overall meadows is a wonderful place to live, with the hot tub open all year and the gym open 24 7 and right next to a bus stop, there's nothing else I could need.
submitted by Jacey T. - |Recommended: YesNice apartments to live in while attending college. — These apartments are pretty well kept up for how long they've been around. It's super close to campus and conveniently located close to Lake Michigan Dr as well. My only complaints are the noise levels of all apartments around you, since I can literally hear the guy in the apartment next to me get out of bed in the morning. We have also had many problems with our dryer in the past couple of months but the maintenance crew have been more than happy to help Although I would not live here if it weren't for me attending Grand Valley State, they are still nice apartments and I would definitely recommend this complex to a friend.
submitted by Samantha M. - |Recommended: YesClean, well-maintained — Great place to live, with the pool, hot tub, sand volleyball court, basketball, tanning beds, and local stores are really close. Also, having the bus stop right across the street is really convenient, especially because the 48 goes straight to Meadows from campus, and the 37 goes straight to campus from Meadows. No need to wait on making a round-trip around campus before getting to your destination. Great location as well, especially with the new 48th Ave. Michigan U-turns , we are in the perfect spot to go straight into campus with easy access.
